We strive to ensure all cattle listings, images, and descriptions are accurate. However, due to the nature of live animals, all purchases are sold as-is without warranty or guarantee beyond what is stated at the time of sale.

All sales are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment methods may include cash, credit card, bank transfer, or other methods agreed upon at the time of purchase.

All sales of live cattle are final. No refunds or returns will be accepted once the sale is completed, except as required by law or as stated in a specific sales agreement.

Cattle may be delivered or picked up by arrangement. Delivery costs, risks, and scheduling will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, and buyers are responsible for any transport permits or inspections required.

We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of the website or from the purchase, delivery, or handling of live cattle. Buyers assume all risks associated with ownership and transport after sale.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Texas.
